SOFTY nonwovens are developed with Air Through Bonded technology and are mainly used as topsheets for femcare, baby and incontinence products, as well as side cover for sanitary napkins.

SOFTY materials are produced with bicomponent fibers that bestow the feeling of superior softness against the skin. They also improve fluid intake time and breathability compared to most standard nonwoven topsheets.

SOFTY line includes plain, embossed and apertured options.

The main benefits of using an Air Through Bonded topsheet are the soft cushioning effect, the breathability and the textile feeling to the touch, something that cannot be achieved with alternative substrate technologies, such as spunbonded or perforated film.

Our newest SOFTY AIR topsheets are designed to ensure a superior softness thanks to the use of extremely small fibers. Additionally, they are capable of superior masking, achieving these performances with a lower basis weight when compared to standard Air Through Bonded topsheets.
