CUDDLY nonwovens are produced with Air Through Bonded and Thermo Bonded technology and are mainly used as liners for backsheet lamination, in the baby and incontinence categories, as well as substrates for elastic and side panel laminates.

The main benefits to using an Air Through Bonded liner are: the soft cushioning effect, breathability and the textile feeling to the touch that cannot be duplicated by alternative technologies, such as spunbonded substrates. CUDDLY materials are produced with bicomponent fibers that provide them an exceptional feeling of softness against the skin. They also improve breathability compared to most standard nonwovens liners.
