We inform you that we will process the data you have communicated to the extent strictly necessary to fulfill the following purposes:

– right to data portability.

These rights are guaranteed to you without special charges and formalities for their exercise.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial action, you can also file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 and the Data Protection Code, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

If you are based in Israel, you are entitled to request us to:

  • review and access your personal data that we process;
  • update, amendment, and deletion of personal data which is incomplete, incorrect, outdated or unclear.
  1. DATA PROCESSING METHODS

The personal data you provide will be processed, managed and stored with the aid of electronic IT tools and in any case in such a way as to ensure their security and confidentiality.
The processing will be carried out by expressly authorized internal staff. The processing of personal data takes place without the intervention of automated systems or processes and no profiling activities are carried out.
